UK election: Twitter releases early figures showing Labour in lead
As the UK elections continue, millions have voiced their thoughts both at polling stations, and online.
On Twitter, there have been more than 1.3 million tweets today discussing the election.
The most talked about party was the Labour Party, dominating 43 per cent of the conversation. The Conservatives followed, garnering 30 per cent of tweets. Conversely, the Liberal Democrats were only mentioned in two per cent of tweets.
The hashtag #IVoted has also been very popular today, being used more than 100,000 times.
