Brands will jump on any opportunity to take part in pop culture frenzies, so it’s no surprise that dozens of companies, ranging from Lego to Red Bull to Kmart, have all tweeted out their own thoughts regarding ‘May the 4th Be With You’, otherwise known as Star Wars Day.
To celebrate the holiday, brands had fun using Star Wars references to promote their products with some using the trending hashtag ‘#MayThe4thBeWithYou.’
With the new Star Wars movies coming out soon, brands had an easier time celebrating the unofficial holiday this year as there’s already been a lot hype surrounding the upcoming films.
As tomorrow marks Cinco de Mayo, Twitter users will likely be forced to endure another round of brand jokes.
