Uber’s seemingly endless slew of legal issues is continuing – this time with a suit claiming that it refused service to owners of guide dogs.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins ruled last week that as a travel service, Uber must abide by the rules set in place by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Uber initially claimed that the plaintiffs, which included the National Federation of the Blind of California, couldn’t sue under laws protecting the disabled. However, the judged dismissed this notion.

The San Francisco-based global taxi service has two weeks to respond to the claims.

Uber faces multiple legal claims worldwide, which contest its treatment of its passengers, drivers, and the validity of its licenses.
