Psychometric tool CareerClover appoints DBD Media to SEO brief

CareerClover, a new online test that lets users discover what career they should consider changing to, has appointed London-based digital and SEO agency DBD Media to help establish it as the leading service of its kind in the UK.

CareerClover was established in Spring 2014 by a team of digital, psychology and career coaching experts, headed up by Linsey Willaford-West, as a more consumer facing service to focus specifically on current jobseekers and professionals considering a possible career change. The results of the online career test helps users to find out what careers they could potentially excel at if they need career direction, or if they wish to make a career change.

The career test takes around 30 minutes to complete, allowing the site to gather a thorough selection of information on not only people’s preferences, but personality traits and work style. The approach is based on over 60 years of research, and is trusted by major employers around the world in their own recruitment processes.

Linsey Willaford-West said: “Once professionals come across our site, they are delighted with our service, giving us a customer rating of 4.96 (out of 5) on TrustedShops. We know that professionals value their highly accurate results once they find our site, but we need to spread the word more widely. Since organic traffic leads to high conversion rates, we have chosen to focus more on SEO. We needed an agency that could deliver results quickly, and I was convinced by the practical and highly analytical approach that DBD suggested.”

DBD Media has been tasked with helping to optimise the CareerClover website and raise the profile of the service on natural search in the months ahead.
