Tinder debuts in-app advertising with Bud Light #Upforwhatever spot

Tinder has launched in-app advertising with a Bud Light video commercial, just weeks after announcing the appointment of a new chief executive.

The commercial is only available to those who say they are older than 21, and appears in between potential match swipes. The video includes a link back to the Bud Light campaign and gives users the ability to pause and play the ad.

"We're thrilled to work with Bud Light as we introduce opportunities for brands to connect with our global community,” said Tinder’s head of global brand solutions, Alex Ginas. “The Bud Light campaign is a unique and fun experience for Tinder users that fits seamlessly into the platform.”

Tinder and Bud Light are still in the process of determining the optimal video length for the app.
