Actress and Neutrogena spokeswoman Kristen Bell stars in the company’s new online ad that encourages viewers to use the brand’s face-washing wipes in order to conserve water.

In light of Earth Month and Earth Day on 22 April, the company has paired with The Nature Conservancy using the hashtag ‘#WipeForWater’ to spread the word that up to five gallons of water can be wasted every day just from washing your face.

In the playful spot, Bell uses water jugs to show the 35 gallons of water she will save by pledging to use the wipes instead of washing her face with water for the next seven days before joking, “those are some big jugs.”

On 2 April, Bell tweeted her pledge:

For every pledge, Neutrogena Naturals will contribute to The Nature Conservancy to support water conservation.
