Malt whisky firm Burn Stewart Distillers has picked Stripe Communications to handle its digital and PR services contract following a competitive three-way brief.
Stripe will work with the team at Burn Stewart to deliver global digital and PR activity across its Bunnahabhain, Deanston and Tobermory brands.
In particular it will be charged with digital and social strategy development, web optimisation, design and ecommerce, community engagement in addition to the management of tradition PR events.
Alison Gibb, global marketing manager of the malts portfolio, at Burn Stewart Distillers, said: “Stripe has a solid knowledge and understanding of the category and our brands, and demonstrated strong creative which will translate effectively across both PR and social platforms.
“They understand our needs and requirements, as well as our audiences, and have a compelling mixture of strategic thinking and delivery know-how to enable us to take our brands to the next level.”
Stripe will also have to ensure it brings to life the three brands’ personalities in the domestic and international markets.
