Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has partnered with Time Out London to produce a print version of his online Food Tube brand.

Food Tube magazine will launch on 28 April, initially as an insert within Time Out magazine with each 24 page mini-magazine containing up to 10 pages of advertising.

Contributors lined up for the launch include ‘Food Busker’ John Quilter, ‘Cupcake Jemma’ and ‘DJ BBQ’ alongside regular features such as ‘Cocktail of the Month’

Oliver said: “What an absolute pleasure to be taking Food Tube into the wonderful world of magazines. For me, sometimes there's nothing better than physically flicking through the pages of a good magazine, and I love the fact that digital and print can collide so seamlessly.

“Food Tube is a massive celebration of super-talented food lovers, chefs, experts and cooks, and to be sharing their knowledge, tips, recipes and ideas with the Time Out audience is really exciting. I can't wait for us all to get started on the first issue."

The trial launch will be distributed to Time Out’s 467,000 readers and will launch internationally if successful.

Food Tube has grown to boast 2.6m subscribers since launching in January 2013.
