LA-based creative agency Pitch has announced that Rob Goldenberg is joining as executive creative director and Helena Skonieczny has been hired as executive design director and creative director.

The hires come on the heels of recent account wins for the agency including Bonefish Grill, Citrix, the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and project assignments for Netflix.

Previously, Goldenberg served as the director of brand marketing for Beats Music. During his career, he also served as associate creative director with Deutsch where he worked on the “Trust me, I’m a Doctor” campaign for Dr. Pepper and Volkswagen’s “Punch Dub” Super Bowl commercial.

Skonieczny joins from TBWA/Media Arts Lab (MAL) where she served as associate creative director. She has worked on campaigns for brands including Crate&Barrel, Apple’s iPhone 5s, Target, and Diet Pepsi.

The two will report to Xanthe Wells, chief creative officer.

“They are both huge talents,” said Wells. “Helena has always been a strong believer in the power of pure simple messaging that resonates deeply with consumers. She crafts a creative expression that attains a perfect balance between beautiful and bold execution. And Rob is a creative power hitter, like his favorite team, the Dodgers. He believes advertising is about uncovering one idea and a million ways to make it great."

Pitch was founded in 2008 and is the agency of record for clients including Burger King, Haggen, and Konami.
