Graham's captures the "magic and nostalgia of classic British seaside holidays" in ice cream packaging refresh
Scottish family dairy Graham’s has announced a new range of ice cream with long-standing creative branding agency threebrand helping out on the packaging.
Tasked with designing packaging with lots of personality to achieve stand-out, threebrand has drawn inspiration from the “magic and nostalgia of classic British seaside holidays,” said Fiona Scott, associate creative director at threebrand.
“Like all of the products from Graham’s the Family Dairy, the new packaging features photos of the family members, this time from their old holiday albums. This adds a personality and creates a desirable touch point consistency across the product portfolio,” she added.
“Each of the six flavours are signposted by pastel colour coding that matches the flavour variety and nods to classic seaside beach huts for inspiration.”
Carol Graham, marketing director of Graham’s the Family Dairy, commented: “We aim to make great tasting products in Scotland, essentially products we can enjoy at home and those our loyal customers have come to love and demand. Our new ice cream collection is a natural extension to the Graham’s the Family Dairy range. The new packaging is really eye catching and we hope it will draw attention from customers of all ages with its great stand out on shelf.”
Graham’s first ventured into the ice cream market in 2009 but felt it was time to introduce a fresh look along with the six new flavours.
