E-cigarette and e-liquid retailer blu UK has selected Caliber to strengthen the company’s digital strategy and grow online sales.

Sales of electronic cigarettes in supermarkets rose by almost 50 per cent in 2014 and multi-channel retailer blu UK hopes to translate this trend into its own ecommerce performance.

Caliber has been briefed to achieve market share growth for blu UK through a combination of ecommerce SEO initiatives and creative content and outreach campaigns, both supported by data-informed strategy and planning.

James Dodkin, marketing director at blu UK, said: “As we present our products to a wider audience, we want to be certain that our SEO strategy is in the best hands. Caliber already has a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and we were presented with impressive plans that we are confident will lead to ROI.”

Jonny Scott, chief executive officer at Caliber, said: “Driving online coverage for this innovative new brand, at a time when the market for e-cigarettes is really taking off, is a great project for us and a great fit with our own talents."

Caliber has offices in London, Edinburgh and Dubai.
