Fast-food chain Burger King has revealed it will make its popular ‘Chicken Fries’ a permanent item on its menu at participating restaurants nationwide.

Recently, the company rolled out a spot featuring a chicken named Gloria who traveled to different Burger King restaurants to determine whether or not that location would serve the fries on the day of her visit by pecking either a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ bowl.

Eric Hirschhorn, chief marketing officer North America, Burger King, said: “The conviction of Chicken Fries fans never ceases to amaze us. Chicken Fries have taken over their brains, not to mention, their appetites. So we’re happy to tell devoted fans, and newbies alike, that we’re giving them exactly what they asked for: Chicken Fries are back for good.”

The brand has also rolled out an emoji keyboard featuring the fries that is available in the iTunes App Store and Google Play store.

According to the company, the fries will be available at the recommended price of $2.89 for nine pieces.

Creative agency DAVID has produced the work for the chicken fries launch.
