Turner Broadcasting partners with Sony’s streaming service PlayStation Vue

Turner Broadcasting System has reached a deal with Sony to offer their entire portfolio of networks on the new PlayStation Vue online video platform.

Networks including TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, CNN will now be available for viewers.

PlayStation Vue offers live and on-demand TV content. It became available for users this week in New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia starting at $49.99 per month.

In a statement from the company, Turner Broadcasting said: “With the progression and growth of new viewing options in the expanding distribution universe, it’s important to put our leading brands and content in a position where as many consumers can access them as possible.”

Other partners include CBS, Discovery, Fox, NBC, Scripps Networks Interactive, and Viacom.
