Media iQ appoints Stewart Easterbrook chairman to the board
Former Starcom Mediavest Group (SMG) chief Stewart Easterbrook has been appointed chairman of Media iQ's board with immediate effect.

Easterbrook, who has worked with the company as a strategic advisor since September 2014 has been brought in to help drive business growth and lead expansion plans throughout 2015 alongside current directors Lee Puri, Gurman Hundal and Paul Silver.
Puri, co-founder of the global analytics tech firm described Easterbrook as "one of the best in the business" and added "Stewart’s strategic consultancy has already had a huge impact on the business and his appointment is the first of many developments we are making to further enhance our market leading offering and drive the business forward this year.”
Speaking of his new role Easterbrook said: “Media iQ has such a clear vision for its future and growth, so I’m excited to come on board at this pivotal moment in the business."
Easterbrook was chief executive of SMG for five years until 2008, latterly assuming the role of executive director of performance and digital development for Europe.
Since his departure he has also held strategic advisory posts at Wooshii, a video and animation production marketplace.
