xAd expand management team for Europe push

Global location marketplace xAd has bolstered its European management team ahead of a major push into continental markets.

This has seen James Davies appointed to head of channel, EMEA, a position which will see Davies tasked with developing relationships with strategic partners and agencies across the channel from April.

Davies has 18 years’ experience integrating ‘out of home’ advertising with digital communications, most recently at Posterscope where he is chief strategy officer.

Theo Theodorou, xAd general manager EMEA, commented: “Over one million advertisers are seeing the value of connecting offline and online campaigns to deliver real world, measurable results including driving footfall and an uplift in revenues. James will be instrumental in taking these campaigns further to realise the full potential for every brand and agency using the xAd platform.”

Last year the xAd platform reached 300bn ad impressions each month for nearly 1m advertisers.
