Face receives facelift: Job Muscroft promoted to chief, current CEO Andrew Needham made chairman

Face, strategic insight agency, has continued its growth by giving its team a facelift and appointing a “new generation of managers.” The most notable changes are the promotion of current chief operations officer (COO) Job Muscroft to chief executive officer (CEO), and the current CEO, Andrew Needham, becoming chairman.

The company has seen quick growth over the past few years, opening offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York and servicing large clients such as Bacardi, Mazda, and Hershey’s. It now boasts 60 employees.

“Face has had a fantastic growth trajectory under the visionary leadership of Andrew Needham,” said Muscroft. “We are proud to have been able to sustain such a rapid international expansion, by promoting our proven performers to senior leadership positions leaving us in a great position to continue this growth in partnership with our global clients.”

These, and other management changes, are set to take effect on 1st April.
