Stripe Communications, the Cello-owned PR outfit, will promote Morna McLelland to managing director as Juliet Simpson, who founded the agency in 2006, will become chairman.

The restructure, which will aim to deliver growth, will also see Jenny Ingram and Stephanie Robertson join the board of directors alongside digital director, Darcie Tanner.

Simpson, said: “Over the last eight years we’ve built what I believe is a great agency, full of talented people doing fantastic work. However as we look towards the future we absolutely need to evolve so we can continue to meet changing client needs. The strengthening of our Board allows us to keep focused on future growth opportunities whilst continuing to build a great culture for our people and ultimately deliver outstanding work for clients.”

Tanner joined the Edinburgh-based agency last month, and, alongside the management board, will report directly to Cello Signal group going forward.
