With the Pebble Time smartwatch crowdfunding over $10m in two days on Kickstarter and Apple launching its highly anticipated wearable next week, smartwatches are big business.

Even LG and Huawei have clambered aboard the smartwatch bandwagon, with both announcing plans to release wristbound wearables ahead of this week's Mobile World Congress.

So, for our third Air Your Briefs challenge, The Drum and the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) want you to make radio ad to convince people that that they really need a smartwatch.

And once again, there's a pair of Beats headphones up for grabs for the winner.

We want you to create a campaign that will promote the device and persuade consumers to make the switch from a classic wristwatch to a tech timepiece.

To participate all you have to do is send your ads (in any audio format) and team name over to tightbriefs@thedrum.com or tweet them to @thedrum using the hashtag #AirYourBriefs before 3pm on Friday 6 March.

The entries will be aired online and our readers will vote for the winners, who will then be in the running to pick up a pair of Beats headphones courtesy of the RAB.

And if you need a little help bringing your scripts to life then the RAB's Aerials EarApp, which simplifies the process of making radio demos, is available to download from the app store now.

Good luck!
