New York’s Social Media Week: Who, according to social media, were the best speakers?
As Social Media Week winds down in New York, The Drum asked Synthesio, a social media analytics service, to help compile a list of the 10 best speakers at this year's event.
The ranking used the company’s Social Reputation Score (SRS) which was “a calculation that factors both volume and sentiment of all online posts to give a holistic picture of the overall feeling toward a person or brand, as expressed via online channels.”
The score, based on a scale from 1-100, only considered speakers who had ten or more mentions online.
