Havas, WPP, Publicis & InterPublic Group chiefs, Professor Brian Cox & Katie Price join Advertising Week Europe line-up

Publicis, WPP, InterPublic Group and Havas chiefs, Maurice Lévy, Sir Martin Sorrell, Michael Roth and Yannick Bollore respectively are all set to speak during Advertising Week Europe as the organisers reveal the agenda for the five-day festival which kicks off next month.

On the first day of the event, Lévy is set to sit down with Bloomberg anchor Francine Lacqua while Havas’ Yannick Bollorè will be grilled by Lighthouse chief executive, Kathleen Saxton.

Day two will see a plethora of celebrities such as Katie Price, chef Tom Kerridge, and Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Susie Essman speak on everything from brand building to injecting a bit of humour into advertising.

Meanwhile, the Oystercatcher’s CEO Interview session will feature McDonalds UK chief Jill McDonald and Tesco Bank boss Benny Higgins

On Day three ITV’s annual ‘Creative Carousel’ will return with a new cast and BBC Presenter Clare Balding OBE will interview with Google managing director for UK & Ireland, Eileen Naughton. Sky Sports News presenter Kirsty Gallacher will also headline a seminar on women’s sport and Outdoor Plus has partnered with Professor Brian Cox on a session exploring outdoor space.

Freeformers founder Gi Fernando and Barclays chief for Personal and Corporate Banking Ashok Vaswani are set to explain why they are investing in young people on day four of the festival. Google will also present ‘Lessons in Creativity’ with Grayson Perry.

And for the first time Advertising Week Europe extends to Friday with a new event – the inaugural Adland Cycling Championship at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (Olympic Velodrome) with Immediate Media.
