Twitter hosts European job market with #YourJob hashtag
Twitter has launched its first ever European job fair with the site bringing to the fore over 50 major UK businesses.
The summit, which includes John Lewis, Boots and British Gas, kicked off today (25 February), offering career advice on the social media site using the hashtag #YourJob. Job hunters were encouraged to post career questions to a number of employers throughout the day.
Joe Billingham, director of the National Careers Service, said: "The National Careers Service is delighted to support the Twitter Job Fair to bring together people seeking work with employers and with people that can offer advice and guidance on how to start, develop and enhance your career."
