As Valentine’s Day approaches, Expedia is running a clever campaign that “exposes” real couples caught in the act of some very public displays of affection, encouraging them to “get a room” with a $50 off promotion.
180LA was the creative agency for the work, with media planned and bought by Assembly. Spots will launch today and will run through Valentine’s Day. The campaign will include broadcast, digital, and social, with TV driving awareness across broadcast and cable networks as well as their streaming counterparts.
Online video will specifically target trending love topics, and the spot will be shown on Expedia’s social channels.
