Proximity London has hired Brian Eagle as head of design and Andy Todd as creative partner.

Eagle, who will join mid-February, will take on a role that the agency has attempted to fill since March last year, joining from The Allotment where he was creative director.

John Treacy, executive creative director at Proximity London, said: “We had been looking for a long time for the right person to fill the head of design role, and Brian is a great fit. He brings a wealth of global experience that spans a variety of brands and disciplines – from large corporates to ambitious start-ups. He’s a brilliant craftsman who’s going to have a huge impact on the business and we can’t wait to welcome him into the fold”

Meanwhile, Todd will take on the role made vacant by Jo Jenkins who has joined Karmarama, and will work alongside creative partner, Jon Vinton.
