immediate future, a social media consultancy based in Kingston upon Thames, has hired Colin Jacobs as director of client services.
Previously at BWP Group, where Jacobs led the teams managing digital and social strategy for a range of key clients including O2 and IKEA, he joins immediate future to manage the agency’s delivery and strategic consultancy across all B2B and B2C clients.

In a further change to the senior management team, Tom Ball, who has been with immediate future for 4 years, has been promoted to director of digital.
