Vine Chart: NFL, Sugru and Edmunds rise to the top

Welcome to The Drum's Brand Vine chart, powered by Burst, the short-form social video specialists.

The chart is ranked on the number of loops generated by brands on the video sharing service each week.

Edmunds shot straight into the top spot this week with a Vine of a sledgehammer unsuccessfully taking on the new aluminum Ford.

The car dealer's clip boosted its weekly loop count by 845 per cent.

Sugru entered the chart at number two this week with a loop increase of 225 per cent, thanks to a video demonstrating the many uses of the mouldable glue product.

And Super Bowl mania has even swept Vine, as a clip of the Seahawkes training for Sunday's game came in at third place, bringing the NFL's total loop tally up to 5.7.

Mastercard, Marmite and the Labour Party also made it into the chart this week.
