The 2015 Super Bowl is just days away, and the advertising carnival is already in full force, with major brands gearing up for another multimillion dollar bonanza. Ahead of kick off, we speak to some of America's top executive creative directors to find out their favourite Super Bowl adverts from over the years. Here is the choice of Jay Russell, chief creative officer of GSD&M.

The Chrysler 'Halftime In America' spot just knocked me on my ass. They said out loud what the whole country was thinking culturally…."We’re scared and uncertain." It was a perfect message executed flawlessly and strategically. It turned the corner and got back to Chrysler in a meaningful way. I'm jealous of that one. It still gives me goosebumps.
