Dad of 3 hits gold after frank eBay buggy listing goes viral sparking £156,000 bid
A tired father of three's honest description of a worn green buggy on eBay which he admitted is covered in “pretty much every bodily fluid known to science” is set to earn him over £156,000 after the listing went viral on social media.
The frank description of the buggy went viral after Mr Andresier, from Southampton, posted it to Facebook, admitting he wants to see it “leave [his] premises never to return”.
The ad reads: “I never wanted any children and a buggy signified my wife's intent to have children. We argued much and this buggy signifies everything that ended my happy carefree low cost child free life.
“The extortionate price of this buggy will stay imprinted on my brain till the day I die… I have bought cars that cost less than this buggy… My dad once bought a house that cost less than this buggy.”
Andresier concluded: “There are many adverts on here for immaculate models and these people are all liars and scoundrels as nothing that comes into contact with a young child is ever immaculate… so for a starting price of just £9.99 you too can screw up your life.”
Following the eBay listing going viral, with six days to go, the buggy is sitting at a price of £156,505 having received 221 bids.
