US meat snack manufacturer Jack Link’s – which acquired Peperami and BiFi from Unilever last April – has hired BSUR following a competitive pitch involving five agencies.

The Amsterdam-based agency won the account after the company established its central European headquarters in the city.

Moving forward, BSUR will lead strategic and creative work and has been specifically charged with “aligning and harmonising” the Jack Link’s brands.

“We have chosen to work with BSUR because of their concepting philosophy and bold creativity resulting in great brand building capabilities,” explained marketing director Niko Stachos.

“From communications, to point of sale, to brand activation, PR, the full mix. But also, we were very much enthused by the energy and added value of a team comprising so many nationalities. An inspiring example of how we are building our own team in new Amsterdam EMEA head office.”

The appointment is effective immediately.
