The Happy Egg Co has launched a TV campaign alongside a content marketing push to promote the ethical and taste credentials of its product.

A 30-second TV ad, entitled Free Range Fun, kicked off this week and was filmed on one of the Happy Egg Co’s farms to highlight the free-range lifestyle of its hens.

As part of the campaign, viewers will be directed to the happy trail – a new online marketing initiative hosted on the Happy Egg website which provides content-led experiences for fans, such as virtual tours across seven Happy Egg Co farms.

Rob Newell, head of brand marketing said: “The advert provides a great insight into our farms and some of the measures in place which ensure our girls are happy and fulfilled. This is something we’ve already successfully begun to do with our happy trail initiative so we’re really pleased to be taking this message to a wider audience.”

The TV ad will run throughout January on ITV1, ITV2, ITVBe and ITVB.
