Hootsuite appoints Jimmy Duvall as vice president of product
Hootsuite has poached Magento’s Jimmy Duvall and appointed him as vice president of product to manage the social platform’s expanding product suite.
Duvall previously held the role of head of product for Magento, an eBay company, where he oversaw the global product management and user experience design organisation.
“Jimmy’s experience in scaling product and design for high growth organisations is a huge asset to Hootsuite,” said Ryan Holmes, CEO. “We have plans to do big things in 2015 and I’m thrilled to have such a visionary product leader join us in bringing cutting-edge products to our 10 million global users.”
Prior to his role at eBay, Duvall spent six years at Yahoo as senior director of web hosting and e-commerce products.
