Kia Motors has appointed SapientNitro to handle its digital platforms across Europe.
Appointed following a pitch process against two other agencies, SapientNitro will now look to evolve Kia’s internet portal across Europe, in a process that will include concept development, user experience and design to implementation and support.

SapientNitro has also been tasked to oversee the portals in each of Kia Motors’ 20 markets in Europe, with the aim to increase engagement.
However, the first work expected from SapientNitro for the brand will be new product pages for Kia’s Rio, Sorento and Venga auto models.
