The Drum was named business and professional magazine of the year for a second year in a row at the PPA Scottish magazine awards.

Judges said that they were impressed by the “ambition, focus and increase in revenue and profits across all areas of the business”.

The company’s commercial team, led by Liz Hamilton, scooped sales performance of the year.

Of Hamilton and the commercial team, judges said that they were impressed by how they had restructured themselves to meet customer needs and rapidly grow their brand.

This is just the latest in a series of wins for The Drum, who was named content team of the year at November’s PPA Digital Awards.
