Possible, a WPP agency, has acquired US based digital agency The Swift Collective.

Swift’s revenues for 2014 will be over $13m (£8.29m), and clients include HTC Corporation, Starbucks, Nestle USA and REI.

The acquisition of the digital company comes as WPP has set a target for 40 to 45 per cent of revenue to be derived from digital in the next five years.

Currently employing over 70 people, Swift has a focus on creative and strategy, branded content creation and social media.

The employees will join the 27,000 people who work for WPP companies in North America.
