Novotel has launched a campaign playing on the common fears of booking the wrong hotel.
Devised by TBWA\Paris the campaign highlight’s the Novotel brand promise – ‘It’s a lot better at Novotel’ – and showcases that by staying with the hotel chain travellers can avoid a number of unpleasant experiences.
The campaign will run in France first, displayed on 12,000 outdoor and more than 800 digital screens in railway stations and airports. A digital component will target major web and mobile platforms.
The campaign will run in Europe in 2015 and aims to attract both business and leisure customers.
