The Social Buzz Top 50 countdown begins: 50 to 41 revealed
With the Social Buzz Awards taking place on Thursday 27 November, it is time for us to start revealing The Drum’s Social Buzz Top 50 – a list of the most influential people in the UK social media marketing arena.

From client-side to agency-side, we asked readers to nominate whose work blows them away, be it on a personal or professional level. These were then passed on to some of our Social Buzz Awards judges to decide who made the list and the order of the Top 50, based on the nominee’s leadership and innovation in their sector, as well as the contribution made to the industry.
Every day, we will count down who made the list, with the person ranked number one also being named Social Media Individual of the Year at the Social Buzz Awards.
The full list will be published online on Friday 28 November, along with profiles on each of the 50 individuals.
Here, we count down numbers 50 to 41.
