Tyba names Claremont Communications for PR and social

Tyba, a recruitment service for start-up firms, has appointed Claremont Communications to handle its PR and social media.

The company, which connects young professionals with positions in fast growing start-ups, has tasked Claremont to encourage graduates and young professionals to visit create profiles on the tyba.com website.

Claremont strategy director, Henry Playfoot, said:“Generation Y are a new breed of job-hunter. They’re tearing up the old careers rulebook, and instead demanding a new contract with a job that gives them purpose, that excites them and that has the right working environment.

Claremont will also create a content-led communications strategy for a London-focused roll-out and generate media coverage to drive conversations and engagement on and offline.
