Mitsubishi hires Occam for three-year data and personalisation push
Mitsubishi UK has brought in data-driven marketing firm Occam to support a data and personalisation drive over the next three years.
Using Occam’s SugarCRM, Apteco FastStats and Pure 360 solutions, Mitsubishi is looking to communicate and interact with individual customers and store data to create a database that will enable it to engage with its customers better.
Kate Woodward, general manager of communications for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, said the platform would be “integral” in its strategy to “provide a more efficient and effective approach to customer interactions across the business.”
Occam currently works with the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, Sainsbury’s Bank, Kia, Ministry of Defence, RAC, Eurostar and Fiat.
