Mixed-use development and urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments has appointed Cuckoo Design to design the branding and full communications campaign for their latest development at Lakeside, Doncaster.

The new development features 51 two, three and four bedroom homes situated close to the Lakeside shopping complex, with homes available to buy off plan from spring 2015.

Salford based Cuckoo Design has designed the brand identity, website and hoardings for the development. Cuckoo has also worked previously on projects with English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse, the Homes and Communities Agency and Legal and General.

Hollie Reynolds, sales and marketing manager, Muse Developments, who appointed Cuckoo following a four-way pitch, said: “The planning, research and creative strategy involved in Cuckoo’s pitch showcased their understanding of our market and audience.”

Cuckoo Design’s clients include North West Ambulance Service, The Co-operative, QMH Hotels, GE Capital, Sage and Bupa.
