Camelot has teamed with Drawn Your Tweet for real-time illustrative social media activity to promote the launch of mobile Instant Win Games (mIWG).

Launching Wednesday 22 October, The National Lottery’s Facebook and Twitter fans will be asked a simple question – where would they most like to win? Answers sent to Camelot with the hashtag #DrawMyWin will be judged by Camelot and its social agency Kindred, with the most creative suggestions being illustrated and shared.

Martyn Baxter, head of instants at Camelot, said the illustration activity tied in with a wider push from The National Lottery to bring customers to its new digital platform: “People can now play National Lottery Instant Win Games out and about – on their PC, mobile or tablet. And what better way to celebrate the fact that people can win up to £1 million anytime, anywhere than by asking them where they’d most like to win – and then instantly illustrating their suggestions?

“The activity is part of our ongoing drive to engage with all National Lottery players via digital platforms, whether they traditionally play online or in-store, while also allowing us to have a bit of fun with them by bringing their dream win scenarios to life in a really engaging and personal way.”

‘Drawn Your Tweet’ is the Twitter feed brainchild of 39 year-old digital agency employee, Scott Weston.
