The new company, which is made up of The Lounge Group, Evoke and Ampp, aims to link live brand experiences with social media for a wide range of clients and is being backed by Clive Mishon’s Mentor Marketing & Investment

At the launch Mishon said: “I have been a great endorser of consolidation of smaller agencies and therefore the opportunity that brings together three businesses which each have their own unique approach to experiential communications is really exciting.”

Ally Mitchell chief executive of The Big Kick said: “When The Big Kick started Ampp it was because it saw brand experience as a highly specialist discipline. However, over the last 12 months we have seen that more skills and greater critical mass are needed to optimise the opportunity. To be able to bring together the credentials and talent from two other respected brand experience agencies was an opportunity too good to miss.”

Other senior team members at Wolf Brand will include Emma Spreadborough as head of the client service Team, Jon Reid who will run business development and Neil Survilla as director of retail and operations.

The new groups’ client list includes major brands including Adidas, Arcadia, Tesco and Ben Sherman. The Lounge group won the 2013 MMA merit award for best consumer campaign with its work for Kellogg's in creating the crunchy nut restaurant consumer experience.
