Canon and Stella McCartney team for camera bag collection
Canon has teamed with designer Stella McCartney to produce a limited edition camera bag collection in a push for its EOS 100D White camera.
The Linda camera bag, named after McCartney’s mother, aims to fuse fashion and technology, and is box-shaped to house the DSLR camera.
A limited run of 1000 bags, which are made from Eco Alter Nappa leather alternative, will be produced and available only as a special package with the EOS 100D White at Harrods and Selfridges.
Susie Donaldson, marketing director at Canon UK and Ireland, said that the collaboration complements Canon’s sponsorship of London Fashion Week and that she was “thrilled” to be partnering with McCartney.
The collection was unveiled last night at the launch of the 2014 London Stella McCartney Green Carpet Collection during London Fashion Week.
