With statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) revealing that 3.3 million adults aged 20-34 in the UK were living with their parents, mobile phone operator giffgaff has shone a light onto the trials and tribulations of living under your parents roof in a series of tongue-in-cheek online films.

The campaign follows giffgaff’s ‘We’re all the boss’ activity in April of this year which highlighted how no one person is boss within its community driven network, we’re all the boss.

The through-the-line campaign includes a partnership with Kiss FM offering one winner a year’s worth of rent to fly the nest and fly poster activity highlighting awkward home truths such as ‘You treat this house like a hotel’.

On Twitter giffgaff is offering those still living at home to vent their frustrations by getting involved in the social conversation using the hashtag #alltheboss.
