Marks and Spencer has promised 100 new food ideas a month in its latest TV ad by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R.

The food ad, which ends with the strapline ‘Only M&S’ launches ahead of a fashion ad set to appear later this week with the same line, promises ‘adventures in imagination’.

Set to run until the end of October, the food ad shows food such as eggs, pomegranate and mince being used to create dishes, while Clean Bandit by Rather Be featuring Jess Glynne acts as the soundtrack.

The adventures in food TV ad is accompanied by a microsite, which takes a look at the variety, originality and welfare standards of the food available in store.

It notes “We believe there’s nothing quite so inspiring as the best ingredients, so why not use our fine-quality food to start your very own food adventure.”

The fashion ad for M&S is set to launch tomorrow, Wednesday 3 September.
