The Raindance Film Festival has announced partnerships with the British Film Institute (BFI), Telegraph Media Group and The May Fair Hotel.

The Telegraph will be providing exclusive independent content to its readers as part of its deal.

Denise Parkinson, entertainment director global and UK, Telegraph Media Group, commented: "Telegraph Media Group is thrilled to be a partner of the 22nd Raindance Film Festival. Raindance has been a guiding light for independent films since 1992, and this partnership reflects the commitment that Telegraph Media Group gives to supporting and promoting film. With this partnership we will bring exclusive independent content to an international stage and help inspire and empower independent filmmakers.”

Vue Entertainment also continues its partnership with Raindance for its second year, with the festival taking place at Vue Piccadilly and opening and closing night films (on 24 September and 4 October, respectively) screening at Vue West End, Leicester Square.
