Zoopla parent company hands full account portfolio to Albion

Zoopla Property Group, the business behind online property brands including Zoopla, has appointed Albion to service its entire brand portfolio.

The agency will take on responsibilities for the full portfolio of brands, including PrimeLocation and HomesOverseas after last year winning the Zoopla account following a competitive pitch.

In the first instance, Albion has been tasked with continuing to build on the established ‘Find the home you deserve’ marketing campaign for PrimeLocation, and help cement the brand’s position as the go-to property search portal for the higher-end house hunter.

Charlotte Harper, marketing director, at Zoopla Property Group, said: “Albion has proven itself to be a fantastic business partner on the Zoopla brand. The team has helped build the 'Smarter property search' proposition by working across our product as well as creating an iconic advertising campaign that has exceeded all our success criteria. We're very excited to be working with them across the other brands in the Zoopla Property Group portfolio.”
