Cameron Homes overhauls brand identity as confidence returns to housing market
Regional house builder Cameron Homes has engaged Midlands creative agency clevercherry to help it rebrand as confidence returns to the housing market.
Rolling out across brochures, signage, sales offices and all Cameron developments, the new look hopes to make an impact on potential home-buyers.
Described by clevercherry managing director Nigel Wilson as a “courageous brief” the rebrand follows the property developer’s decision that “confidence was key to success”
Wilson added: “We created a bold new identity with a vibrant colour palette and lifestyle imagery to reflect Cameron’s experience, quality product and personality, and suggested implementing a tiered approach for each of its target markets, with bespoke, professional collateral that conveyed the warmth and personality of the brand.”
Ian Burns, Cameron Homes MD, commented: “We’re really impressed with what clevercherry delivered, we were aware it wasn’t the easiest of briefs. We’re looking forward to working with the agency to help us achieve our exciting and ambitious expansion plans over the coming months.”
In addition to the new branding clevercherry has also worked with Cameron Homes to develop a new purpose-built sales office in Tamworth kitted out with state-of-the-art interactive technology.
A fully-responsive site has also been created to reflect the new identity with an updated user experience for house-hunters.
