Iris expands as it acquires Pepper Global
Iris is set to expand its base in Europe, North America and Asia as it acquires Pepper Global.

Prior to its acquisition by iris, Pepper was part of the Computershare Group, a global leader in share registration and other specialised financial and communication services.
Markus Dunz, managing director at Pepper Global: “Iris, in a relatively short time, has successfully created a new breed of agency network based on the same principles we value in our own business. Through this partnership we’ll have access to a global network, and iris’ depth of digital expertise. We’re looking forward to operating with the flexibility, opportunity and bravery that is in Iris’ DNA.”
Dunz will join the Iris EU board and along with Europe CEO Steve Bell.
This acquisition brings Iris up to 17 offices.
