North-east based digital marketing agency Silverbean has recruited seven new team members, with further appointments to follow soon, hot on the heels of two internal promotions to senior roles.

The latest recruits are Eva Flammensbeck as affiliate marketing manager, Lauren Archer as marketing manager for the agency itself, Jeff Lyall as search marketing consultant, Helen Keighley as affiliate marketing executive, Sam Barnes and Tom Etherington as search marketing executives and Chris McConville as business development executive.

The recruitment drive follows recent promotions for two long-standing members of the team, Charlotte McMurray, Silverbean’s new head of search, and Neil Hancock, head of optimisation.

Neil Robbins, managing director, Silverbean, said: “We’ve recently won pitches for some really exciting clients, including ScS Sofas, Reader’s Digest, Lockhart Catering (part of the BUNZL Group) and McLaren. Client wins obviously result in more job opportunities here at Silverbean, so I feel very fortunate that we can offer such fantastic career prospects in the North-east and beyond, as we continue to grow in London too.”

Silverbean reported a 30% increase in year on year revenue and a 58% increase in gross profits at the last year end.
