Molson Coors pitches global media planning and buying account

Molson Coors, which owns brands such as Carling, Coors Light, Grolsch and Molson, is putting its global media planning and buying account up for review.

Pitch documents have already been presented to the brewer, it is believed, with MEC, Initiative and Universal McCann all agencies currently handling parts of the account.

In the UK, ZenithOptimedia handles the £21.7m account, having won against MediaCom, Vizeum and Mindshare in a 2009 pitch.
