British Gas appoints Margaret Jobling as brand and marketing director

British Gas has appointed Margaret Jobling as brand and marketing director where she will be responsible for forming a marketing strategy and building a host of brands.

British Gas supplies nearly half of Britain’s homes

Jobling will manage a team of over 50 employees when she leaves her current role at Birds Eye in October.

She is tasked with growing awareness of British Gas’ brand and sub-brands, including Hive and DynoRod, and creating the right marketing mix for the products and services.

Jobling will also work with the commercial executive team to develop and deliver a customer trading plan.
